Q1:Do you produce your display props as stock items or are they made to order?

Answer: Our display props are available for customization to meet the specific needs of our clients, but we also have some items in stock.

Q2:What types of display props do you produce?

Answer: We produce display props made of metal, wood, and acrylic to meet the different needs of our clients.

Q3:Do you offer customization of logos on the display props?

Answer: Yes, we support the addition of client logos on our display props.

Q4:Are you a factory or a trading company?

Answer: We are a factory with 15 years of production and export experience. Our metal workshop covers an area of 20,000 square meters and we have around 220 employees, as well as advanced metal processing equipment, which enables us to offer competitively priced display props.

Q5:Do you offer quality assurance for your display props?

Answer: Yes, we have strict quality control measures in place during production and afterward to ensure the correct production and quality of our products. If any products do not meet our quality standards, we will reproduce them.

Q6:What kind of packaging do you use?

Answer: To protect our retail display props during transportation from wear and damage, we use appropriate packaging materials such as bubble bags, flat PE bags, protective corners, templates, and corrugated cartons.

Answer: Yes, our display props support multiple sizes to meet the different display needs of various products.

Q8:Do your display props support customization of colors?

Answer: Yes, we support customization of colors according to clients' requirements.

Answer: Yes, we have a professional design team that can provide clients with comprehensive product design services.

Answer: Yes, we support small-batch customization to meet the needs of our clients.

Q13:What should I do if the products are damaged during transportation?

Answer: We suggest that you check the products for damage upon arrival and inform the driver of any damage before they leave.  Please also take photos of the damage.  We will produce the damaged products again and transport them to you as soon as possible.

Q14:How long does it usually take for orders to be produced?

Answer: The production time for large-scale products is typically one month, and for small-batch products, it is 15 days.

Q15:What delivery methods do you offer?

Answer: We accept international trade terms such as EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, CNF, CPT, and DAP for bulk shipments.  We can also air-ship samples according to your requirements.  We usually ship via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and TNT, which takes 4-5 working days to arrive.

Q16:How can I check the current status of my order?

Answer: Our business department will provide a weekly progress report that includes production progress and estimated completion times, allowing you to quickly understand the status of your order.  You can also email our business department for real-time updates on the current status.

Q17:How soon can I receive a quotation?

Answer: Our business department will provide a quotation within 8 hours and work with you to confirm product details.
